Working Principle

 

The air containing oil mist is sucked into the oil mist collector and filtered through the following three steps:

 

1. Centrifugal Separation: Driven by the high-speed rotating impeller, the rotating airflow spirals upward, and the oil mist particles are thrown to the inner wall of the machine by centrifugal force to achieve separation.


2. Multiple Layers of Filter: The air is then filtered through multiple layers of filter to remove additional impurities.


3. High-Efficiency Filter: Finally, the air is filtered again through a high-efficiency filter, specifically selected for different working conditions of oil mist. This filter effectively purifies the smog of 0.3 micron level.
