The oil skimmer can effectively separate a variety of finished greases, diesel, animal and vegetable oils, mineral oils, crude oil, fuel oil,
coolants, detergents and various oily scums in water to purify the water quality.

Working Principle

Steel belt oil skimmer is also called oil scraper, oil remover, oil-water separator, floating oil skimmer, etc.

It uses the density difference between oil and water to absorb the grease on the water surface through a special oleophilic and hydrophobic oil-absorbing steel belt. When the steel belt passes through the oil scraper, the grease is scraped and collected, thereby removing the oil on the liquid surface, reducing water pollution and achieving the purpose of recycling.

Operating Conditions

Liquid temperature: 10 - 70°C; pH: 3 - 11; specific gravity > 1.0; viscosity < 1.0; surface tension > 70DGN/CM.

Product Types

• Small: e.g., CFA - 6L, -13L, -25L. Used with small - scale equipment, removing floating oil from processing fluids.
• Medium: e.g., CFA - 50L, -120L. Suitable for pools and tanks with moderate oil content.
• Large: e.g., CFA - 150L, -350L, -500L, -750L. Selected per working conditions, often for water treatment pre - treatment.
