The CHZ series vacuum oil purifier is specifically designed for oil products with high water content, enabling rapid dehydration and impurity removal.
I. Equipment Structure and Principle
- Structure: This oil purifier is designed based on the principle of the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, pre - filter, fine filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump, and an electric control box.
- Principle: Waste oil enters the pre - filter through the inlet pipe under the action of negative pressure to remove larger particulate impurities. Then it enters the heating tank, where the oil is heated to 40 - 75°C. The heated oil enters the vacuum tank and is separated into a semi - mist state. The water in the oil evaporates and is cooled into liquid water by the condenser (Note: only the CHZ - 100 model is equipped with a condenser, and other models are not) and then discharged. The oil is sent to the fine filter unit by the oil pump. After fine filtration to remove fine particulate impurities, the clean oil is discharged from the oil drain port.
II. Technical Features
- It adopts vacuum rapid evaporation technology, which can quickly and reliably remove water and gas from the oil under high - vacuum conditions. Special filters are used to remove impurities, colloids, sludge, etc.
- Effectively reduces the dielectric loss and acid value of oil products, thus improving the quality of the oil.
III. Application Scenarios
Suitable for the purification of various oil products whose performance is affected by high water content. In engineering fields such as power and machinery manufacturing, where strict requirements are placed on oil quality, it can ensure the normal operation of equipment and extend its service life, contributing to the smooth progress of projects with professional and efficient technology.
