1. Application Fields: It is suitable for machinery, railway, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, oil field, light industry, food, leather, pharmaceutical and other industries.
2. Product Function: It can efficiently recover floating oil, kerosene, engine oil, lubricating oil, diesel, vegetable oil, scum and other liquids with a specific gravity less than water floating on the water surface, and also remove sludge or sediment at the bottom.
3. Problems Solved: In metal processing, cutting fluids are easily contaminated, leading to issues such as a large amount of downtime due to waste liquid disposal, reduced workpiece processing accuracy and yield rate caused by particles, serious tool sticking and loss from microparticles, poor workshop environment due to oil mist from floating oil, high pollution control costs due to cutting fluid deterioration, and skin diseases like allergies among workers caused by bacteria in the water. This product can quickly and efficiently address problems such as cutting fluid odor, impurities, floating oil, and mold, realizing the purification and recycling of cutting fluid and extending its service life.

Application Cases: It can be used in liquid storage tanks of various CNC machine tools, machining centers, and cleaning equipment; oily wastewater pools in repair shops and hardware processing plants; coolant circulation reservoirs in cleaning machinery and equipment degreasing tanks; pretreatment pools before wastewater treatment for electroplating and printing and dyeing wastewater; floating oil recovery before the flotation separation tank in catering oil separators; and the separation of two liquids with different specific gravities.
