1.Filter
The model DSN dust collector adopts filters of various materials to achieve high efficiency and high precision filtering.
It adopts cartridge filter to increase the filter area while saving the space of the dust collector; the filter is installed and fixed on the card board, which is convenient to disassemble and replace the filter.
 We provide filters with a variety of filter materials, which can deal with different types of dust under a variety of working conditions.
a) Standard filter, using standard filter material, can correspond to general dry dust;
b) Flame-retardant filter, using high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant filter material, the filter is not easy to burn at a certain high temperature and sparks.
c) Waterproof filter, it adopts a special water-repellent filter material, which can effectively filter dust with a small amount of moisture;
d) Anti-static filter, it adopts conductive filter material, which can effectively conduct the static electricity carried by the dust in time and prevent the accumulation of static electricity to detonate the dust;
e) Ultra-fine membrane filter, also known as PTFE thermal membrane filter material, can filter 0.3 micron particles of dust, greatly improving the filtration accuracy;
f) Film-coated anti-static filter ,it adopts a filter material with dual performance of conductive coating + PTFE thermal film, which can remove static electricity and filter with high precision at the same time, and is suitable for special dust such as carbon powder.
