The oil skimmer can effectively separate avariety of finished greases, diesel, animal and vegetable oils, mineral oils, crude oil, fuel  oil, coolants,detergents and various oily scums in water to purify the water quality.

The product is small in size and light in weight, with high oil removal efficiency, reliable operation and long service life. lt can be widely used in water treatment systems in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, light industry and railway transportation, such as various advection sedimentation tanks, drainage ditches, ironfilings pits or oil collection tanks for oil removal (skimming).

1. The body is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the surface is designed through high-temperature plasticization and anti-corrosion heat treatment process;
2. The transmission and electrical parts are completely scientifically isolated, so that the whole machine is fully
moisture-proof and heat-resistant;
3. Equipped with a timer, it can be set to stop and start at any time 24 hours a day; thus realizing automatic operation;
4. Adjustable imported rubber scraper to ensure complete oil removal;
5. The oil-absorbing steel belt is configured according to the distance from the liquid level to the installation surface at the use site, and each unit is tailor-made;
6. Corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof steel belt oil-water separators can be customized according to on-site working conditions;

Working principle

Steel belt oil skimmeris also called oil scraper, oil remover,oil-water separator, floating oil skimmer, etc.It uses the density difference between oil and water to absorbthe grease on the water surface through a special oleophilic and hydrophobic oil-absorbing steel belt. When the steel belt passes through the oil scraper, the grease is scraped and collected, thereby removing the oil on the liquid surface, reducing water pollution and achieving the purpose of recycling.
